I was born in the vibrant city of New York, but my life has been a bridge between cultures. I grew up in Ecuador from age two to eighteen, an experience that gave me fluency in Spanish and a deep love for the Hispanic community. I returned to NY to study, but life had the greatest gift in store for me: I met my husband, and together we started a family. I put my studies on hold to dedicate myself to my children, the most important decision of my life.
It was for them, for their future, that we made the decision that would change everything: we moved to Florida. We were looking for exactly what you're looking for now: an excellent education, a safe community, and a quality of life that would allow us to thrive.
Here in Hillsborough County, I found my second calling. For 21 years, I worked in the Public School system, growing from a secretary to a Program Manager for Sponsorships. This experience gave me unparalleled insider knowledge of school districts, neighborhoods, and the true pulse of the community.
But it was a hard lesson that cemented my ultimate mission. In 2008, during the housing crisis, my family and I lost a home. I felt the anguish and uncertainty that comes from a lack of honest, protective guidance.
